At Tanstan Resources, we provide parents of neurodiverse learners with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to become effective advocates for their children’s education. Guided by expertise and passion, we deliver personalized advocacy coaching that bridges the gap between parents and the complex educational systems their children navigate.

Through our structured, three-step process, we empower families to understand their child’s unique needs, communicate effectively with educators, and foster meaningful partnerships.
Melinda Mills is the founder and President of Tanstan Resources. Her journey into advocacy began over a decade ago, inspired by her two neurodiverse sons and her extensive interactions with education professionals, learning specialists, and psychologists. Melinda has devoted herself to understanding learning differences in the K-12 education system and has become a passionate advocate for the importance of parent involvement in the success of neurodiverse students.
